I know my Subscription needs to be renewed, but I seem not to be able to sign in. Is that why?

I'm running Windows 7, and I believe Windowblinds 7 also.  I'm having a problem when I download a skin from WC my shut down button and log off  button don' t appear. I probably need to upgrade but I can't afford to do so right now, but is this normal? That I need to upgrade, in order for this problem to fix itself.

I notice when buying a Master WB their's tax now , what's up with that?

I noticed in the Task Manager that dwm.exe was using so much ram and so I wanted to unload WB just to see if it would make a difference I'll still use my WB just curious, so I noticed that the preset for Windows Classic  wasn't showing nor XP. Is their something I'm missing or might have done for this feature not to be available. Could I get some insight please?   

 Could someone give me some insight about Object Bar. I wanted to try it I have this wonderful plate full of different programs I know notthing about. I'm paying for them but don't use them, I guess out of fear I might mess something up on my computer. ( in fact that's the real reason) Well if anyone has any time I would be grateful for an answer?  I have OS XP sp3.

I'm at my wits end, I cannot get Cursor Fx to work at all,[e digicons]X([/e]   I've installed, uninstalled, booted, rebooted I'm running Windows XP sp3. I was able to DL Cursor XP with no problems. Their are some FX cursors Iwould like to use. Could somebdy please give me some HELP[e digicons]:')[/e] TY.

When I go to use Impulse this is what I get "Stardock Impulse has encouered a problem and needs to close". [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]   I've deleted and reinstalled. I just updated OD and would like to use my new programs but I keep getting this same message. I'm running Windows XP sp3. I'm so disappointed[e digicons]:([/e]   Don't know what to do[e digicons]:pout:[/e] Any suggestions, I would be grateful!

I don't know, If balling would help I would[e digicons]:'([/e] , I can't seem to be able to download files to LogonStudio, what I should say is when I download a skin it doesn't appear in the files. I have deleted then boot, put LogonStudio back on then boot again. I'm running XP SP3. This just started recently I don't have an explanation. I had My Colors and Theme Manager on my system, and uninstalled them. Maybe it interfered, (I'm shooting at straws now) I'm at my wits end. I like LogonStudio, right now I'm using the default logon, can't seem to download other files except those ones that comes with LogonStudio when you download the program. I'm a loyal subscriber to Wincustomize, I love this program, but this problem of the pages loading so slow is so frustrating, and exasperating, I've had thoughts of discontinuing my account, maybe just using Style XP to alter my desktop. Is their any relief coming soon I'm tired of going to deviant art ( don't get me wrong I like DA) to load up my alterations. Can someone give some insight as to what's being done.
